Start with your idea
Choose a fictional story challenge and decide what the team wants to communicate before using AI.
Ages 6–12
One starting idea can lead to many outcomes. Students work together on an illustrated story and learn to compare, question and improve what AI suggests.
LEARNING BY DOING
Choose a fictional story challenge and decide what the team wants to communicate before using AI.
Compare possible images or story directions in a guided demonstration. Change the instructions and discuss what improves.
Combine selected ideas into a story concept. Present the choices the group made and acknowledge where AI helped.
A group story concept and practice comparing alternatives instead of accepting the first result.
Ages 6–8 focus on visual comparison and oral explanations; ages 9–12 can refine instructions and discuss representation in more depth.
Use fictional examples and supervised demonstrations. Activities can run without individual AI accounts; any device use is agreed with the school.
